Creative Studio's TOS

Right to report:

Just like any other player if your experiencing an issue due to us at only we can fix you have full right to report the issue to us. Our newest way to do that is on our new support page here.

Player Standards guidelines:

As a player you obviously have set rules at you must follow to keep you and everyone safe.

As a player you must:

-Follow all Roblox TOS

-Be friendly towards other players

-Make the experience for new players as good as possible

-Not allowed to exploit or cheat (You can use glitch's as long they get reported to us)

Keep in mind at breaking Roblox TOS means at we will need to take action against you.

Player Protection/Community safety:

If you the player has been upset by someone in the community then its our job to take action against them. we can warn or ban players. The Player Protection also protects players from false bans or abuse of powers. We take serious action against these and you could earn from these issues caused for in-game items. The Player Protection will protect players as much as possible and if its to late to take action then you will always be rewarded.

The Player Protection protects you from:

-Scams or Misleading information

-Bullying or offensive language aimed for you

-false or accidental bans

-abuse of powers

-accidentally leaked information about a player

Action Standards:

If you get action taken on your account due to TOS breaking then you have the right to:

-Know the reason as to why you was banned

-Get a maximum of 3 chances (1 warning, 2 Bans, Banned for life)

-Know who on the team was alerted and banned you

-Change behaviour to not have anymore issues with this again

-Know how long you will be banned for

You DO NOT have the right to:

-Talk about the studio or a member of Creative Studio's in a harmful way

-Talk at the moderator who banned you as apart of our Team Protection

-Make the studio sound terrible

-Break laws in order to make 1 or more people look bad

Reporter Protection

The Reporter Protection will protect a player form people who they reported.

What this does is:

-Protects you from contact with the person you're reporting

-Can give support for scamming or misleading content at you fell for (we can refund you for something at someone else has done as long as the refund police is being followed and there is hard evidence at you was scammed)

-Remove content at has harmed you

Refund Policy

The refund policy allows players to get refund but with certain things only. (There must be hard evidence in order for us to take action)

We can give refund if:

-You was scammed by someone else (Not from Creative Studio's)

-A gamepass malfunctioned and did not work

-Unhappy with something you brought/unknowing of what it does

-Someone hacked you and brought something under your account at you did not want

Note: for some things you may just be given what you brought. e.g. If you got scammed by someone else and reported it to us your be given what you paid for as long as its within an acceptable prise range and you did not know at you was being scammed.

Team Protection

Being apart of Creative Studio's means at we can help you get out of harmful stuff as long as what people are saying is lie's. You're under the Team Protection if you are a QA Tester, Moderator, Developer, Creative Leader, Dev Team Leader or Creative Studio's Leader.

This protect you from:

-Direct attack

-Scams or Misleading content

-Real Life Danger (only protects you if what people say is false information)

-Contact to people you've banned

Team Standard's

The team standers help's keep the Tester's, Developers and Leaders working up to standers and avoiding most to all issues or complications between each over and the public. These are rules at the team must ALWAYS follow.

-Not allowed to attack anyone on or off the team verbally or physically

-Not allowed to cause damage to the studio (Stealing, Making false discounts to cause the studio to lose money, ext)

-Not allowed to direct the public to unsafe locations, websites or games at you made

-Not allowed to cause harm to other players or team members
